Registration Open :: The Photoshop Brushshop!

Dude! My first online workshop, The Photoshop Brushshop, is open for registration at ReneePearson.com. Whoa, where did that come from? I know, I know. It "seems" new but it's been in the works for a few months. And it's become my passion!

The pre-registration price for the three-week workshop is $30 and with that you'll receive video lessons, PDF cheat sheets, 3 beautiful digital kits by TaylorMade from Oscraps, KStudio from After Five Designs, and Gina Marie Huff from Weeds & Wildflower Designs. You'll also receive lots of brushes! I mean ... lots from the above designers and my fellow Little Dreamer Designers Michelle Coleman and Michelle Filo. Take a peek at the whole enchilada if you like!

This class has become so near to my heart because it's not just about a tool in Photoshop. I mean, let's be honest. I have a background in Fine Arts for a reason! This class is really the artistry, inspiration, and creativity of using brushes. We'll begin with the foundations of technique but we'll also take a journey through color, balance, symmetry. In Week 3, we'll even step outside of the tool -- for a few lessons -- and I'll share with you my techniques of painting on canvas and scanning brushes into a photo-editor.

This workshop is designed to help you feel at ease with brushes and to discover new and creative ways to incorporate them into your digital projects. And it doesn't matter if you're using Adobe Photoshop CS3, CS4 or Adobe Photoshop Elements 6.0, 7.0 or Mac vs. PC. I've structured the lessons to work for everyone!

Hi Tiff, I took a class with you at CPR and would love to take this class too...but, I've never taken a class like this before, and I'm curious about the specifics of how it works. Is there a specific time that you have to be available to logon, or can you watch the videos at your own convenience? Additionally, about how much time do you suggest having available in order to get the most out of the class?
