Template Terms of Use

Hello there! I provide my complete Template TOU online in case a purchaser has a question about my products. Hopefully, this helps the purchaser, specifically S4H or commercial designers/photographers, make an informed decision about a Simply Tiffany Template from the Scrappables, Lefty & Righty, or any Themed template collections.

Versions of this Template TOU are included in every download of a Simply Tiffany template set and on the Little Dreamer Designs website.

Simply Tiffany Designs, products and templates, by Tiffany Tillman are exclusively sold and licensed from Little Dreamer Designs. All rights reserved.

Personal Use Information
All of the templates and graphics created by Simply Tiffany, including sample images, may be used for personal use only, submitted as part of layouts or projects to magazines, contests, and internet galleries with proper credit given to Tiffany Tillman and a download link to Little Dreamer Designs, and altered by changing colors/sizing/ cutting/etc.

S4H Use Information
Templates created by Simply Tiffany can be used to create a one-of-a-kind, individually scrapped, flattened WITH photos printed page or .jpg for a single client in a Scrap-4-Hire business service. Credit is required whenever possible (see above) for credit details.

Commercial Use Information
Commercial use is prohibited including using Simply Tiffany templates to create, for print or for web, product templates, quick pages, albums or cards. Contact me to inquire about a specific commercial use license for a specific template.

Under no circumstances may Simply Tiffany templates be redistributed, resold, repackaged, disbursed, shared, or given away without consent/permission from Tiffany Tillman. Do not offer these templates for download or include them in an email group or newsgroup for download and/or copying. Do not claim or alter then claim these templates as your own!
